MEET THE FOUNDERS

OC Sitter Solutions was started by Kathy and Kaylee Grant, a mom and daughter duo. Throughout their years of experience they were asked over and over again how and where a trusted, responsible, sitter could be found. So they decided to make the process of finding a quality sitter easy for the family. They are passionate about helping families find the best sitter as well as matching their sitters with wonderful families. 

KATHY GRANT

Kathy is the mother of four grown children and grandmother to one! She has a BS in Education and she has been a Post Partum Doula for 22 years. Her passion is working with parents and growing young children. She is excited to provide quality care for families choosing OC Sitter Solutions.

KAYLEE GRANT

Kaylee is a graduate from Vanguard University with a degree in Communication and Film. She has been a nanny for the past 10 years. Over the years she has realized how important it is for children to have a good role model to look up to. She is excited to match each family with the perfect sitter that not only the parents will love but the kids will love too!
